Timothy R. Franklin earned his J.D. at the University of Denver, Sturm School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Economics, from the University of Colorado at Denver. Tim is VA accredited and admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Tim’s first job after graduating from Law school was with Sean Kendall. Tim immediately began working on appeals at the CAVC and successfully argued numerous cases on behalf of disabled veterans. Tim is also experienced in bankruptcy and commercial litigation, but could not resist the draw of helping our nation’s veterans. Tim’s litigation experience in invaluable. Tim ably prepares veterans for their personal hearings before the BVA or Regional Office and in formulating pinpoint strategies to reverse VA denials and quickly obtain the benefits due to our clients – United States veterans.
In addition to working at Sean Kendall’s law office, Tim is active in legal organizations and his community. Tim has presented at national and local legal education seminars, was past president of his local bar association, and recently served as chair on the City of Aurora, Judicial Performance Commission.
