Senator Landreiu questions the VA Secretary about the delays in opening a VA clinic in Lake Charles, Louisianna. Veterans' health care in the Lake Charles area is in disarray because of the VA's delay in opening the clinic, which has been planned for many years now. Because of VA incompetence, the opening of the clinic has been further delayed. The Senate is putting pressure on VA to proceed with the opening of this clinic with haste.
